Spiriva 18mcg Capsule is an anticholinergic medicine. It is used in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. Tiotropium is used to control and prevent symptoms (such as wheezing, shortness of breath) caused by ongoing lung disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-COPD which includes bronchitis and emphysema). It works by relaxing the muscles around the airways so that they open up and you can breathe more easily.

Albuterol inhaler is used to treat or prevent bronchospasm in patients with asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, and other lung diseases. It is also used to prevent bronchospasm caused by exercise. Albuterol belongs to the family of medicines known as adrenergic bronchodilators.

Serevent is used to prevent asthma attacks or exercise-induced bronchospasm. It is also used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) including emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Serevent is not used to relieve sudden breathing problems and will not replace a rescue inhaler.
